The equation of scale with size is all wrong. Too many entrepreneurs think it’s all about rapid growth. You must decide what success means to you- is it size? is it a 10x return on your investment? Or is it influence and impact? Decide what matters to you BEFORE you bring on investors. If you are not all on the same page it’s a recipe for disaster.
