Legal Cannabis is now the nation’s fastest-growing industry. The legal marijuana industry brought in $2.4 billion last year. That figure represents a 74 percent increase year-over-year, and it is estimated that the total legal market could be worth $11 billion as soon as 2019.
Obviously, with numbers like that many investors and entrepreneurs are beginning to gather – two such people are; experienced investor and managing director of Panther Capital, David Friedman and the founder of Kannatopia, a social network for marijuana enthusiasts, Kurt Akers.
