The incredible Delbert McClinton has been a friend for a long time. Although in recent years we’ve had many phone interviews with this multi-Grammy award winner, it had been 14 years since we last sat down and talked face to face. Delbert’s appearance at Chicago’s City Winery was the perfect occasion to sit down, catch up, get a sneak preview of his upcoming album and experience him “Givin’ It Up” to a sold out crowd. We did all of the above and had such a good time we couldn’t resist spreading it around. Enjoy! We sure did!!
